Enterprise’ certification according to Internation Standart requirements of ISO 27001:2013 and ISO 9001:2008


Customers’ data security is an essential element which determines the way of providing our services. In order to protect the customers’ data and services provided by Center for Special Telecommunications(CTS), our enterprise has implemented the best practices in this field, which are standardized and recognized at international level.


S.E. "Center for Special Telecommunications" has successfully completed the recertification audit of the Information Security Management System (ISMS), as well as the Quality Management System accomplished by Rina SIMTEX, a certification company from Romania. The audit was performed according to the requirements of the standards ISO 27001:2013 and ISO 9001:2008.


Rina SIMTEX had certified, for the first time, SMSI within CTS in 2013, according to the standard ISO 27001:2005. During this year, CTS has been recertified after audit accomplishment, which take place once every 4 years according to the updated version of the standard.


Following the audit, the general director of S.E. "Center for Special Telecommunications" said that: "The first enterprise recertification has emphasized some strong points within the organization of which, as a team, makes us being proud. First of all, we are oriented toward customers’ satisfaction, which means that our team continuously improves the services, and in the same time, the enthusiasm of employees makes possible the implementation of new projects, unique in Republic of Moldova. The auditors have assessed the way in which, within CTS, risks are identified and how they are managed thereof. For the enterprise, recertification is an essential aspect in order to keep our reputation of a neutral company, innovative and which takes care, both, of the quality and integrity of the services rendered to customers."


Center for Special Telecommunications, as the technical operator of the telecommunication system of the public authorities, aims to assure a high level of service quality and information security. The Implemented management system ensures that CTS products and services meet the quality requirements, established by international standards (ISO ) .


SM ISO/IEC 27001:2013 and of MS ISO 9001:2008 recertification assure confidence and certainty to CTS’ customers and partners regarding the fact that the enterprise provides high quality services, complying with legislation, policies and procedures related to information security, ensuring strict compliance of confidentiality requirements, integrity and availability of data managed by the enterprise.
